2023 index of gender equality in the workplace

Aktid France publishes the Professional Equality Index between women and men for the year 2023.

In France, since 2019, legislation has made it mandatory for all companies with more than 50 employees to measure and publish their gender equality index. This index, rated out of 100 points, is a valuable tool for companies, enabling them to situate themselves in terms of professional equality.

The index is calculated on the basis of 5 indicators, rated out of 100 points:

  • The elimination of pay gaps between women and men, for comparable positions and ages, or by socio-professional category (40 points)
  • The same chance of getting a raise for women as for men (20 points)
  • The same chance of getting a promotion for women as for men (15 points)
  • All female employees given a raise on their return from maternity leave, provided that raises were given in their absence (15 points)
  • At least four women or men in the top 10 pay brackets (10 points)

At AKTID, it’s rooted in our values: we’re united, close-knit and complementary. We make it a point of honor to ensure that each and every one of our employees has the opportunity to grow and flourish within the company, without distinction.

We firmly believe that the strength and success of a company rests on a united, diverse and egalitarian team, bringing together complementary men and women with varied profiles and backgrounds.

AKTID publishes its first Gender Equality Index for the year 2023 as part of the 2022 data, with a score of 92/100. This result will enable us to assess our progress in future years.
